Pillars Community Health had just completed its first full year as a merged organization! Pillars Community Health provides health, social and educational services including medical, dental, mental health and addictions, domestic and sexual violence, Head Start, early head start, childcare, benefits assistance, prevention/health education, and community outreach. They want ALL people to have equal access to the care they need. The power of ONE ORGANIZATION improves the health of the community. Their FY2018 annual report highlighted their first year of successes and sheds light on the impact that their work is having on members of the community. All thanks to the merger and integration of their services – into ONE.
