IT’S A FIRST LOOK AT THE ORGANIZATION TAKING SHAPE IN THE HEART OF YOUR COMMUNITY.” Pillars Community Health is the result of a merger on January 1, 2018, between Pillars and Community Nurse Health Center. Both organizations made large strides on behalf of the community, with predecessor organizations innovating as far back as 1921. The merger of our two organizations has made us one of the first nonprofits in the state of Illinois to integrate community-based primary medical and dental care with behavioral health, educational, and social services.
